Brookwood Lake Homeowners Association

​ Brookwood Lake was developed by J.D. Brooks in  1996 as his first endeavor in Forsyth County. This Swim Tennis community is comprised of 105 custom and semi-custom homes located in Alpharetta ,Georgia.

Brookwood Lake is a Covenant protected mandatory Homeowners Association and  has adopted the GeorgiaProperty Owners’ Association Act (POA)-1999. This includes Leasing Restrictions.
